TORONTO – The Government of Canada and the country's vehicle manufacturers are driving home the point that fuel efficiency is a winning strategy. Today, the Honourable R. John Efford, Minister of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), presented the 2005 EnerGuide Awards at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto. Also present was the Honourable Tony Ianno, Minister of State (Families and Caregivers) and Member of Parliament for Trinity-Spadina, who launched an updated education kit on fuel-efficient driving.
