The Canadian Society for Ecology and Evolution (CSEE) is a non-partisan
group of practicing ecologists and evolutionary biologists throughout
Canada.
The objectives of CSEE are:
(1) to promote the study of ecology and evolution in Canada
(2) to raise public awareness of the importance of ecology and
evolution to Canadian Society
(3) to facilitate communication between members of the Society
and decision-makers in the public, private and non-governmental
sectors
(4) to act as a liaison with Federal and Provincial funding
agencies to support and promote ecological and evolutionary research
in Canada
CSEE is a registered non-profit organization of Canada.

Vancouver is pleased to host the CSEE/SCEE meetings May 11-14 2008, at the University of British Columbia. Registration and an opening reception will be held on the evening of Sunday, May 11. The scientific program will consist of an exciting line-up of plenary talks, symposia, contributed talks, and posters (see links to the left).
Registration will be open from January 1 – March 1. Please register early so that we can plan accordingly (and so you can be sure to get one of the better rooms). More details will be posted as they become available.
