Mission Statement: To make environmentally responsible living attainable.
What this means is bringing awareness to, and ultimately empowering, those who would be agents of change. Change that will ease our transition into a redefined standard of living and working. Humans are pushing the limits of what Earth can sustainably support. The ecosystem is being plundered, and its inhabitants exploited. This approach is not sustainable, and is not acceptable. At envirosponsible we have decided to be proactive in this transition.
We’re opening a retail store this summer and will sell reclaimed and recycled building supplies and other materials, eco-friendly bulk cleaning supplies, composting toilets, rainbarrels, alternative energy products, and other eco-related items. The centre will also serve as a meeting place for community and environmental concerns as well as eco-related seminars and workshops.
