The initiative stems from the conviction that enhanced leadership is required to move sustainable forestry forward in the 21st Century. The initiative builds on the experience and success of Forest Certification Watch, which over the past years has attracted many of the key sustainable forestry leaders from around the world to its conferences, thereby stimulating cutting-edge discussions and constructive dialogue.
