In Edison and in Parsippany, N.J., two Sheraton hotels draw their basic power needs from 250-kilowatt fuel cells. Three Marriott hotels in Oregon will join them this year, each using a 50-kilowatt fuel cell. In Japan, a Kirin brewery has run on fuel cells since 2002.
