OTTAWA, October 29, 2001 – Environment Minister David Anderson and Carleton University President Richard Van Loon were joined by Ottawa Centre M.P. Mac Harb today to formally announce a new collaborative research partnership and a revitalization of Environment Canada's National Wildlife Research Centre (NWRC).
