U.S. energy crisis ‘an opportunity’ for Canada

Canadian energy producers said they were encouraged by the comments made by Dick Cheney, the U.S. vice-president, in Toronto yesterday, when he said the U.S. economy faced an energy "crisis" and must produce more oil, nuclear power, natural gas and coal-fired generating plants. (Oh my!)
