Canada's National Inventory Report to the United Nations on greenhouse gas emissions and removals was released on October 15, 2003. This annual report, prepared by Environment Canada, captures estimates for six sectors: Energy, Industrial Processes, Solvent and Other Products Use, Agriculture, Land-Use Change and Forestry, and Waste.
