BUFFER ZONES AT CENTER OF FISH KILL INVESTIGATION

The lack of a buffer zone at two spots along the Wilmot River could be
responsible for the first fish kill since the summer of 2000. On Wednesday
afternoon, a conservation group working along the river found thousands
dead fish near the community of Norboro.
