WASTE WATCH COSTS TOO MUCH: CHARITIES

Two charities in Charlottetown say paying for the Waste Watch recycling program is taking funds away from people who need
an extra hand. The Salvation Army Thrift Store and Upper Room Food Bank are asking the Island Waste Management Corporation for a break on tippage fees.
