New Study Warns of Threats to Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park

Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park, more than a million acres of mountain and forest wilderness straddling the Continental Divide on the Montana-Alberta border, is threatened by global pollution, inadequate funding for basic park operations, and haphazard development on surrounding private lands, according to a new study released today by the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA).
