Clean air group opposes Irving plan

The Saint John Clean Air Coalition says plans by Irving Pulp and Paper to take over a boiler at the Courtenay Bay power plant doesn't make sense.
It says now that natural gas is available, there should be no need to keep using a facility that produces so much pollution.
