Oil spill off N.S. kills hundreds of sea birds

Halifax – The oil may have been dumped deliberately outside territorial waters
Environment Canada says hundreds of birds have died from oil pollution off the coast of Nova Scotia. The birds began washing up on beaches from Yarmouth to Sydney last week.
