The Faculty of Environmental Studies created The Fisher Fund for Neotropical Conservation. Working with FES in partnership with the Tropical Science Center in San Jose, the Fisher Fund supports projects in biodiversity conservation, environmental education programs in local schools, sustainable small-scale coffee agriculture, and GIS and remote sensing applications to conservation and resource management.
