The Whycocomagh Eco-Centre

The Whycocomagh Eco-Centre encourages connections with nature through environmental programs and encourages awareness of the pristine environment of Cape Breton. The Eco-Centre is located in Whycocomagh and overlooks the incredible shores of the Bras d’Or Lakes. [Springtime in Whycocomagh, Cape Breton]  These famous Lakes are a blend of salt and fresh water that have given rise to unique aquatic life.

Environmental Health Association of Nova Scotia

EHANS was founded in 1985. We were formerly known as the Nova Scotia Allergy and Environmental Health Association, NSAEHA.

EHANS provides information and support to people already ill from
environmental causes and promotes healthier alternatives to prevent
others from becoming ill.

EHANS is a non-profit volunteer-run organization established in 1985.
EHANS operates throughout Nova Scotia, and welcomes members from any
part of Canada, or elsewhere.
