This one day workshop is co-sponsored by the Institute for Conservation Leadership and the Sustainability Network.

Mobilize your team, train your board, identify your prospects, and go out and ask. If you want to build a major donor program from scratch – or improve the one you already have – this workshop will walk you through planning, implementation and evaluation, step by step. You’ll learn how to:

• Clarify the case for giving
• Set a goal and build a gift chart
• Recruit and train askers — including board members
• Identify, assign, and engage prospects
• Create systems to track results and hold each other accountable

Andy Robinson provides training and consulting for nonprofits in fundraising, board development, marketing, earned income, planning, leadership development, facilitation, and train-the-trainer programs.
