Located on the Toronto Waterfront, Tommy Thompson Park is Toronto’s largest greenspace that provides critical habitat for butterflies. Over 55 species have been recorded to date at the park.
On Saturday August 27, 2011, anyone is welcome to visit the Butterfly Festival and learn about the amazing phenomenon of monarch migration and the importance of butterfly conservation. A variety of activities will be offered for people of all ages!
