Healthy Balanced Living presents the 1st Annual Summer Solstice Holistic & Wellness Expo, a new show dedicated to helping you make Healthier Choices for a Healthier Lifestyle. The Summer Solstice Holistic and Wellness Expo includes exhibitors, speakers and demonstrations on a diverse range of Holistic Health and Wellness topics, all under one roof. A visit to The Summer Solstice Holistic and Wellness Expo will help you to look better, feel better, have more awareness around healthy lifestyle choices and options for healing , and have a great time doing it!
On Saturday, June 25th from 10 am to 4 pm the Burlington Holiday Inn and Conference Centre will welcome visitors checking out the exhibitors, while also watching demonstrations and workshops, where there is truly something for
everyone.
“The vision for the show comes from my personal experience in making lifestyle changes, and trying to find local products and services to support that choice”, says Patricia Eales, one of the founders of the show. “People want to make better choices, but are often not sure where to start. We hope that by showcasing local Holistic Health and Wellness and environmentally conscious businesses under one roof, we can help make those choices easier.”
This year the Halton FareShare Food Bank, and the Acts of Kindness Network in Burlington are the charities of choice for the event. The goal is to bring awareness and funding to these two local charities that help support those in need in our
communities.
This year’s Summer Solstice Holistic and Wellness Expo includes many exhibitors, presenters and workshops that showcase the amazing variety of businesses in the Golden Horseshoe and Greater Toronto Area who offer products and services to help you live a healthier, balanced life.
There will be contests, giveaways, and chances to try treatments, procedures and products!
