Art for Impact: Something out of Something

Vancouver – On May 4, the folks at Art for Impact will be hosting a unique show at Performance Works on Granville Island, which explores how creativity and innovation can improve our relationship with the planet.

The event, called “Something out of Something,” will feature exciting and diverse performances that range from aerial dance, to theatre, to acoustic music, mime and contemporary ballet, and will include works by Dianna David, Heather Laura Gray, Kira Schaffer, Lamondance, Deanna Peters, The End Tree, Geoff Manton, Daniela Atiencia and more.

All proceeds from “Something out of Something” will go toward innovative sustainability projects in Guatemala. For more information visit www.longwayhomeinc.org.

Pre-show starts at 6pm, with a chance to take in live music, buy drinks and raffle tickets, and enjoy free appetizers. The show run from 8-10pm.
