In days 4 to 22 of the 100 Mile Challenge, participants must source their basic food necessities. Simple? They realize, first-hand, the importance of having access to basic food necessities — normally taken for granted – and learn about alternatives.

An appreciation is gained for the time and energy spent in producing good-quality food.
