WEATHERIZATION. Low-income households in Thunder Bay will benefit this December from a home weatherization project funded by Union Gas and delivered by Green Communities. Qualifying homes will receive insulation and other upgrades identified by a comprehensive energy audit and retrofit service designed for scaling up for volume delivery.
