CALGARY – December 18, 2007 – Quantum Shift TV announced today the launch of its ‘New Years Eco-reSOLUTIONS’ video contest. This environmental challenge invites the public to think beyond the usual post-holiday workout plans or promises to quit smoking, and upload short videos on the Quantum Shift website answering the question “What are you doing for the planet in 2008?”
“People usually think about themselves when they make New Year’s resolutions – like promising to drop those extra holiday pounds or kick a bad habit,” said Leif Utne, VP Marketing at Quantum shift TV. “This contest is a fun way to get people thinking bigger, about what they can do personally to help solve the environmental crises facing the planet.”
Videos can be uploaded at www.quantumshift.tv now through midnight EST on January 15, 2008. Voting will remain open through midnight EST, January 22. The first, second and third place winners will be announced on
January 23, 2008.
