I’ve been using the web hosting services of LivingDot for about a year now and I must say they have amazing support and services. I’ve been really impressed with their response time to some of my support and often dumb questions that I tend to ask on occasion. Their average “non-computer auto-response” time is about 10 minutes (even at 3am PST) and if I ever want to get a convoluted Perl module installed (some Movable Type and WordPress plugins require special Perl modules) or make any obfuscated server settings – they simply do it (within reason of course as I run every open-source blog, CMS, and apps imaginable).
