Harry Kambolis, owner of Raincity Grill and C Restaurant, chose this stunning location by the beach in Vancouver’s West End as the perfect place to create a restaurant dedicated to the celebration of all things Vancouver. Raincity was the name of choice, for in Harry’s mind, it was simply another way of saying “Vancouver”. Raincity Grill was one of the first restaurants in the city to take advantage of local ingredients and produce and in doing so helped define Pacific Northwest cuisine.
