McGuinty Gets “A” for Coal Phase-Out

January 20, 2005 – The Ontario Clean Air Alliance's (OCAA's) Phasing-Out Coal: 15-Month Progress Report released today gives the McGuinty government a grade of "A" for its actions to phase-out Ontario's five coal-fired power plants.
