76 species to be added to Canada’s ‘at risk’ list

OTTAWA – The difficulty of protecting wildlife without harming the economy was illustrated when Ottawa recommended not adding two minor salmon species to Canada's Species at Risk list, arguing it would cost British Columbia's salmon fishery millions of dollars in lost revenue.
