Environment Minister Leona Dombrowsky is sending her SWAT team to Chemical Valley. In the wake of a spill from an Imperial Oil plant in Sarnia on Sunday, Dombrowsky has asked for a thorough investigation by a 30-member team into whether provincial rules are being met in the massive grouping of petrochemical plants.
