Ontario Minister Fails to Respect Environmental Bill of Rights, CPAWS Ottawa Valley Says

OTTAWA — The Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) today lodged a complaint about Natural Resources Minister Jerry Ouellette's failure to respect his obligations under the Environmental Bill of Rights (EBR). The letter, also sent to Environmental Commissioner of Ontario Gord Miller and federal Environment Minister David Anderson, goes on to say that Ontario is failing to act to adequately protect a species at risk.
