Boreal Rendezvous Team Athabasca, including Ken Dryden and David Suzuki, gets sent off in memorable True North fashion

The Boreal Rendezvous Athabasca river journey kicked off on July 25, 2003. This summer, Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS), along with its partners the David Suzuki Foundation and Canadian Boreal Initiative, is sending 10 teams of paddlers across Canada through the heart of our boreal wilderness. The Athabasca team includes Ken Dryden, David Suzuki and David Schindler.
