Legal counsel for the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) will be in court on February 6 arguing the appeal of the Federal Court's decision last year that the decision of the Minister of Canadian Heritage was not unlawful Tim Howard of Sierra Legal Defence Fund and Brian Crane of Gowling Lafleur Henderson will be arguing the appeal.
