Deal signed for Arctic gas pipeline

INUVIK, N.W.T. – The Aboriginal Pipeline Group has cleared the last obstacle in the way of owning part of a Mackenzie Valley pipeline. The head of the APG announced the deal in Inuvik this morning. With $80 million for engineering and environmental studies now in place, Imperial Oil is ready to start the regulatory process.
