Cypress Hills controlled burn heats up debate

SWIFT CURRENT – Environment officials are setting fire to parts of Cypress Hills Provincial Park. It's a controlled burn of grassland and forest to help keep invasive weeds at bay and encourage a healthy regrowth. But local ranchers say there are safer ways to manage unwanted vegetation.
