YELLOWKNIFE – The new grand chief of the Deh Cho first nation in the Northwest Territories says pipeline companies will have to negotiate with his people. Herb Norwegian says people in the Deh Cho want some of the benefits from the building of a Mackenzie Valley pipeline.
