Edmonton… Centennial Zinc Plating Ltd. received a $125,000 penalty in provincial court April 22, 2003 after pleading guilty to a charge under Alberta's Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act for the release of substances that could cause a significant adverse effect to the environment.
