OTTAWA, June 3, 2003 ? The Honourable David Anderson, Minister of the Environment and the Honourable Herb Dhaliwal, Minister of Natural Resources Canada, are announcing a $1.6 million investment in a series of projects aimed at informing youth, educators and the general public about climate change and the benefits of taking action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
