Court Ruling Disappointing, But Not the End of Fight Over NWT Mine

Yellowknife, NT – The NWT Court of Appeal has overturned a decision of the Northwest Territories' Supreme Court, effectively allowing North American Tungsten Corporation Ltd. to continue to operate the CanTung mine near Nahanni National Park Reserve, without an environmental assessment.
