Tombstone park ruling asserts right to mine

Yukon Supreme Court has ruled mining claims in
the new Tombstone Park are not subject to park rules.
In a decision that was watched closely by both
First Nations, environmentalists and the mining industry, the judge upheld mining rights for Canadian United Minerals.
