Support for ratifying the Kyoto Protocol to limit greenhouse gas emissions has dropped by 25 percentage points over the last six months among prairie residents. In May 85 per cent of those familiar with the accord in the prairies, supported Canada's ratification, while in December that support dropped to 60 per cent among those who knew about it.
