Kyoto inspires grass-roots emissions testing

SASKATOON – The Kyoto Protocol has forced environmental issues back into the spotlight. Emissions from both industry and the private sector have been targeted for emissions reductions. A Saskatoon environmental group decided to get a jump on the problem by taking matters into their own hands.
