Belleville, Ont. – Some local residents have lost their long fight to keep windmills out of Prince Edward County. After a six-hour meeting that lasted into the early hours of Tuesday morning, county council approved an application by an Alberta company to build a windmill-energy farm near Sandbanks provincial park, south of Belleville.
