Moncton sneaker re-cycling program taking off

Moncton, N.B. – 'We'll be diverting approximately 60,000 sneakers annually'
The Westmoreland-Albert Solid Waste Corporation is celebrating a first. Tuesday morning, a tractor trailer full of used sneakers will leave the site bound for the United States to be recycled.
