Saint John, N.B. – 'Any vendor of oil must either take back the oil themselves or appoint an agent'
The New Brunswick Department of the Environment has set up a program to make sure backyard mechanics dispose of used oil properly. The department wants to make sure the oil doesn't contaminate well water.
