Halifax, N.S. – PanCanadian found two dry holes recently
It now appears that offshore oil and gas exploration in Nova Scotia is going to slow down this year because one of the biggest operators, PanCanadian Petroleum, is putting the brakes on a drilling program near Sable Island.
