Hamm takes stand against Kyoto treaty

Halifax – The Kyoto Protocol requires Canada to cut greenhouse gasses by 2010
Premier John Hamm is calling for changes to the international Kyoto climate treaty. He says the treaty is harder on those provinces, including Nova Scotia, which traditionally use fossil fuels.
