OTTAWA, Sept. 20 /CNW/ – The federal, provincial and territorial
ministers of Energy and the Environment will meet in Winnipeg on September 24,
2001. This meeting is part of an ongoing process established by Canada's First
Ministers to develop actions to address climate change, reduce greenhouse gas
emissions and better understand the impacts, costs and benefits of the Kyoto
Protocol, as well as the various implementation options.
