JAPAN AND EUROPE TO MAKE ECONOMIC GAINS BY RATIFYING KYOTO WITHOUT THE USA

As negotiators converge on Bonn to discuss rules for implementing the Kyoto Protocol, two reports from WWF, the conservation organization, show that Japan and the EU will benefit economically and gain market share in new technologies if they adopt the Kyoto Protocol, even without the United States.
