Friends of Red Hill Valley Seek To Intervene in Appeal

Toronto – Friends of Red Hill Valley, a local group dedicated to preserving the Red Hill Valley, is seeking to intervene in the Federal Court of Appeal concerning the issue of whether the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act applies to the proposed Red Hill Expressway. The group is asking the Court for permission to submit both written argument and to have the opportunity to present their arguments orally at the appeal hearing.
