VANCOUVER – The unprecedented agreement signed today between the Province and BC coastal First Nations ensures that environmentally responsible logging will be practiced on the BC coast and marks the first step towards long-term sustainability of what remains of Canada's temperate rainforest, say the First Nations involved and the David Suzuki Foundation.
