Winter Marks 15th Consecutive Season of Warmer Temperatures

Canadian temperatures this winter were above normal, continuing an uninterrupted record of above normal seasonal temperatures since the summer of 1997. Spring, on the other hand, is expected to be cooler than normal in central Canada and the Prairies, over an area stretching from Calgary to Montr?al.
