Saint John, N.B. – 'I find it shocking'
Some people in Saint John are questioning
the government's decision to exempt Loch Lomond from provisions of the Clean Water Act. It's Saint John's main source of drinking water. It's clean. The city does minimal treatment, adding only chlorine, and the city wants the lake protected.
